Some help so that others can see it.

It is honestly pathetic to see the people's reaction after the recent devastating earthquakes in Pakistan and how everyone wanted to help after a delay of a few weeks. Immediately after the quakes, I kept screaming for help but there was no one around to head the calls. Untill, people realized that this is a great oppertunity to market their goodwill amongst their circles. So it happened, Pakistanis rushing for medical support, running after eachother to send goods to the effected areas, containers being filled so that they could be send across to the needy, and then filling up their websites and portals with remarks of hope and the hard work they have put in to impress others and themselves. Its like as if they did it all to impress themselves, their own little worlds and their peers. No one ever thought about making sure if the goods reached to the needy or not? Ya, I'll just do this much, fill up the container, put it on whatever and thats about it, now its time to market what I've done and sound like a winner right?? Hell, no, this sounds more like a losers stride. The truth is that those people in need couldnt get the food that they desperately needed, it might be infront of them but they cant touch it, the army is sleeping on those tents instead of the victims. they say its too dangerous to get to the victims as its getting cold and the roads are damaged..., then I ask you, what the hell did we do all these weeks? Were all the efforts made in vain.? What about forcasting future quakes? Is there anybody out there thinking about protecting whats left? They knew it was coming, but nothing was done about it, will we stay the same in the future? Numb and moroned....waiting to do something only after getting hit!

Some follow...some lead

It is so funny how others would want to have something once you start using it. Otherwise that thing can be just lying around somewhere for decades without anyone thinking about utilising it. I guess its the human mindset, so similar to the animals. The sense of jealousy or the quest to be the same as your challenger or even better. But its so insane, the price one must pay after hurting someone real bad. At times we just forget about what the other person might feel, we simply do whatever that we would like to do and actually, eventually, end up hurting only ourselves... if not others.

Lets co exist!

How can we keep an innocent man locked up in the prison for 22 years, not knowing nor realizing that he hasn’t committed any crime? Imagine how much of unfairness this world has seen, how many times man has hurt another man so bad, that even the sky witnessing all this taking place, couldn’t even shed a single tear. It embarrasses me to be a part of the human race at times, and that’s mostly, but had I not been a member of the human kind, most probably I might have been eaten by another man.
I don’t know what it is, but there is something there, you can hear it breathing down your nostrils but you just can’t seem to see it… but that doesn’t mean
it does not exist.

Pity, sympathy, love, care, affection, what ever that you may try to give, somehow pain is what one usually gets in return, as if man kind was bound to be unthankful, and that’s why the Prophets got sent, to teach human beings the difference between unfair and the just and to keep reminding us how unforgetful and unthankful we are as a race.
It’s a strange world we live in, I tell you this, so twisted that roots of a thousand year old tree would seem normal. And yet we live, and survive and thrive and die within the boundaries of the same trilthillion year old world of coexistence, without even realizing that we exist because of each others reflection.

The reason is simple; we need to see here and there at the same time, that’s why the sky was given to us as an open window, from where we can observe or pass through, transit the feelings of co existence and the beyond. To be able to feel it travel through our bones, so that once when you have died and gone, life out there won’t seem like a shock, but instead you should be feeling like what you feel when you arrive at a new airport in a new city.

Within the same old bithillion sub universal never ending co existence, You land, you transit by going through the required procedures and once cleared, you walk out through the door in to a brand new place…

Why are young Pakistanis leaving Pakistan?

I guess the answer can be as simple as it can get. If you stop once in a while and just stand back and look at how and where these people are crazily running to... is mind blowing! I think that if any one of us, comes into the ways of each other be it on the road, at work, while helping others or while killing someone else out of extreme anger and mad blindness, at times life here can be pretty unusual. An easy example can be to observe while you are driving.
I cant help but to mention the hate you can see in the eyes of the driver next to you as he pumps his horn or dippers his headlights screaming at you to get out of his way, as if dad had left all the screwed up roads of this beautifully divided country, on his name before the partition.
What can a young man, full of dreams, energy and passion, do in such a place? Some of them have even tried a million times to stay back and do something here, at least that’s what most of the young Pakistanis want and ask for deep down inside, but once they see everyone leaving all around especially now when the ads in the papers make it very easy for them to try and gather some money by asking or getting from wherever they can, they do manage to bail out.
Ironically, the broadcast sector is on a burst in Pakistan and its funny that majority of the TV Networks are saying that there is hardly any talent to find. Producers, Directors, Cameramen, Creative directors, are all being called in from various parts of the world, besides Pakistan. The sad part is that there are still talented people existing who are trendsetters of this desert, yet oblivious to the eyes of the world.
